The Game got full front- and back-page coverage of their Silicon Valley Life section... and the ironic thing is that the event actually happened in SEATTLE and not in Silicon Valley!  Lots of decent photos from the Game, but unfortunate they followed a team that came in 7th place out of 10....

KRON Channel 4 News - May 17, 1990
San Francisco

Enterprising reporter Karl Sonkin decided he'd try to follow the teams of BARF VI in the KRON News van.  Lucky for Karl, the first 2+ hours of the game were taking place on-foot in San Francisco... so the KRON News team was able to broadcast live on the 5pm and 6pm news, showing game players in action.

After the players recovered their cars, the news van somehow wasn't able to stay on their trail.  Hmm... I wonder why.
